Refunds & returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 working days. Please complete the returns checklist stating reason for return at the bottom of the delivery consignment note and return with the order.
Before you return your item(s) please make sure that they're unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels, tags or hygiene seals still attached. If the item is returned without these labels we will not be able to process refund. You will be responsible for the postage costs to return any items.
We strongly suggest due to the values of the item(s) you opt for a courier service with appropriate insurance cover.
If you wish to exchange an item, please make sure the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging and in saleable conditions with all labels, tags and seals attached. You will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item(s). Once received we will process your request and arrange for delivery of the exchanged item.
